Step 1: Mix ground beef, chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped garlic, and chopped zucchini. Add salt, pepper, and a splash of soy sauce to taste. Roll into small balls and flatten into patties. Also, heat grape seed oil in a pan on low-medium setting.
Step 2: Lightly coat the patty in flour.
Step 3: Lightly coat the patty in egg.
Step 4: Fry the patty until the top is slightly bubbly. Then, flip and fry the other side of the patty. Flip several times to cook evenly and to avoid burning.
Step 5: Set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Done!
