Ingredients: zucchini, flour, egg, salt, pepper
Step 1: Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Salt the slices and dab away moisture with a paper towel. Also, heat grape seed oil in a pan at low-medium setting.
Step 2: Lightly coat the zucchini in flour.
Step 3: Lightly coat the zucchini in egg.
Step 4: Fry the coated zucchini on one side until the top starts to look bubbly. Then flip and fry the coated zucchini on the other side. Flip a couple of times to cook evenly and to avoid burning.
Step 5: Set aside the fried zucchini on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Done!
