Ingredients: pork cutlets, garlic, flour, egg, panko, grape seed oil
Step 1: Cut light grooves into the pork cutlets. Rub the pork cutlets with crushed, minced garlic, and try to get into the grooves.
Step 2: Season the pork cutlets (pepper, salt, season-all, parsley, cayenne, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce).
Step 3: Coat the pork cutlets in flour, egg, and panko.
Step 4: Place the breaded cutlets in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before cooking.
Step 5: Heat grape seed oil to medium-high. Deep-fry breaded pork cutlets until cooked through and golden on the outside.
